Training is provided as per your requirement. Normally three training sessions are sufficient for most users, but this may vary from one organisation to another.
Free-support is provided for one year. Support is provided through remote connections and email, backed by robust ticketing system.
Yes. You can add new moudles or increase the number of users any time by paying the difference amount.
Upgrades are provided free of cost during free support period and thereafter during AMC period. If you are not using IESL server, you may need to download the latest copy and update manually.
After expiry of the free-support period, you can sign-up AMC @ 20% of the current product price.
Your data is stored on IESL secured server, which is provided free during AMC period. Optionally you can store data on your own cloud server or your on-premise server. The cost of setting-up and configuring your server is Rs.25,000/- per instance.
Minimum configuration required for hosting Accounts ERP is Windows Server 2012 with root access, MS-SQL 2014, 2 core CPU, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD. Please note that cost of the server, bandwidth, backup systems, installation charges and software licensing costs for OS, SQL etc. have to be borne by you.
