The cost of upgrading pack is the difference amount between packs + 20% of the difference amount. You can add users by paying Rs.6,500/- per user.
Upgrades are provided free of cost during free support period and thereafter during AMC period. If you are not using IESL server, you may need to download the latest copy and update manually.
After expiry of the free-support period, you can sign-up AMC @ 20% of the product cost. AMC charges are inclusive of support, upgrades and hosting charges.
All prices are exclusive of Taxes and Duties. Currently you need to add GST @18%.
Your data is stored on IESL secured server, which is provided free during AMC period. Optionally you can store data on your own cloud server or your on-premise server. The cost of setting-up and configuring your server is Rs.15,000/- per instance.
Minimum configuration required for hosting Accounts ERP is Windows Server 2012 with root access, MS-SQL 2014, 2 core CPU, 8GB RAM, 200GB HDD. Please note that software licensing costs for OS, SQL etc. have to be borne by you.
